A) SUBMISSION

If you’ve wrapped up your short film and are ready to share it with the world, our platform offers two convenient plans:

1. Direct Upload to YouTube or Vimeo: Under this plan, you can upload your video to YouTube or Vimeo, then simply share the unlisted link with us. This allows you to retain control while still leveraging our platform’s reach.

2. Submission for Direct Release: Alternatively, you can submit your film directly to us for release on our platform. This option grants your film visibility and access to our audience without the need for prior hosting.

*Opting for the first plan is particularly advisable if you aim to maximize both YouTube views and revenue from your film.*

B) REVENUE PLAN

As a creator, you have the flexibility to set the minimum ticket price for your short film, allowing one person to watch it. This means that during the initial release, including with friends and family, you have the opportunity to quickly recoup the budget invested in your movie. Additionally, we’ll actively promote your short films across our social media channels and audience network. This option isn’t available for direct releases on YouTube, where the revenue plan might not offer the same potential returns. By setting the ticket price, you regain your budget investment swiftly, ensuring a more rewarding release experience.

C) THE PROCESS

  1. If you’ve completed a short film and are looking to recover your production costs, consider releasing it through our platform. By charging a nominal ticket fee for access to your short film, you can start earning revenue right from the initial views, allowing you to recoup your invested budget swiftly.
  2. You can upload your film to platforms like YouTube or Vimeo and set it to ‘unlisted.’ Share the link with us, along with the desired ticket fee for viewers. We’ll create a dedicated space for your film, where 85% of the collected streaming revenue will be regularly credited to your bank account. Our backend tracks the earnings, ensuring a transparent process. This initial streaming phase is crucial for your budget recovery, something not achievable through regular YouTube views. Should you decide to remove your film from our platform later, your YouTube views will continue unaffected, allowing you to recoup your budget simultaneously. Our service deducts a nominal 15% for account maintenance and support.
  3. Your film will be shared within our vibrant community and across social media platforms, amplifying your returns. Additionally, as a token of appreciation, you’ll receive a Free entry to our quarterly film festival.

  3. Withdraw your film anytime while receiving 85% of the generated revenue credited to your bank account.
  4. Get a Free Entry on FilmFreeway to our quarterly film festival.
  5. Produce short films, showcase, earn revenue, and compete for awards—all conveniently in one place.
